In this workshop we will introduce the SPIKEY self defense tool to the general public.
Several practical and easy to use applications will be taught and some demos will be done.
No prior martial arts experience or fitness level is required.
Spikey self defense course is a one-meeting-course of one hour.
The course will give you the tools and basic methods of defense from different types of attack. There will be in-depth and intensive practice with the Spikey tool and its different techniques. How to use available things as improvised weapons for defense and attack will be taught.
The course also includes handling fear, enhancing self confidence, controlling feelings and getting to know the "attacker-victim" psychology.

Participants will receive a SPIKEY tool with an instructional CD.
